Trial purpose
L’objectif de cette étude est d’évaluer l’efficacité et l’innocuité du belzutifan oral (MK-6482) en association avec le pembrolizumab par voie intraveineuse (IV) (MK-3475) comparativement au placebo en association avec le pembrolizumab, dans le traitement adjuvant du carcinome à cellules claires du rein (CCCr) après la néphrectomie.
L’hypothèse principale de l’étude est que le bélzutifan en association avec le pembrolizumab est supérieur au placebo en association avec le pembrolizumab en ce qui concerne la survie sans maladie (SSM).
